FACING EVICTION?

BEFORE YOU PACK YOUR BAGS, LEARN THE LEGAL STRATEGY THAT PROPERTY OWNERS DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW

Your landlord may have filed the paperwork
BUT....just because an eviction has been filed it doesn’t mean you have no options.

There are specific legal procedures a landlord must follow-and when those procedures aren’t followed properly, you have grounds to challenge the eviction. Most tenants see a notice on their door and immediately think: “There's nothing I can do,” BUT...that’s where my Eviction Defense Masterclass comes in. I am going to teach you the EXACT legal loophole I used to pause my eviction for 180 days.

THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU IF...

  • You’re currently facing an eviction
  • You’ve already filed an answer
  • You have yet to file an answer
  • Your hearing has been scheduled
  • You’ve already gone to court and it’s been less than 7 days

What I’m Going To Teach You:

  • What documents to gather
  • How to read your notice & identify the mistakes your landlord made
  • The deadlines you cannot afford to miss
  • What to do if court is already involved
  • The specific motions I filed to pause my eviction

All information, presentations, checklists, sample documents, templates, and other materials are educational resources only and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

2. Role of the Tenant Resource Assistant

The Tenant Resource Assistant does not act as a lawyer, provide legal representation, or establish an attorney-client relationship with participants. Unless separately authorized and legally qualified to do so, the Tenant Resource Assistant does not provide individualized legal opinions, determine legal defenses for a participant, represent participants in court, or guarantee the legal sufficiency of any document.

3. No Individualized Legal Advice

Every eviction case is different. Whether a particular defense, filing, or legal procedure is appropriate depends on the facts of the case and the applicable law.

Information provided during the Masterclass should not be interpreted as a determination of a participant's legal rights, defenses, or likelihood of success. Participants with questions about their specific legal circumstances should consult a licensed Georgia attorney or qualified legal aid provider.

4. Sample Documents and Court Procedures

Any sample answers, motions, letters, forms, checklists, or other materials provided during the Masterclass are for educational purposes only. Their availability does not mean that a document is appropriate for every case or that a court will accept it.

Participants are responsible for verifying the accuracy and applicability of all materials, following court rules, and complying with all applicable response deadlines, filing requirements, and service requirements.

The Tenant Resource Assistant does not guarantee that using any sample document or following any educational information will prevent eviction or produce a favorable court outcome.

5. No Guarantee of Results

No guarantee or promise is made regarding the outcome of an eviction case, dispossessory proceeding, landlord-tenant dispute, settlement, or other legal matter. Outcomes depend on the particular facts, applicable law, evidence, procedures, and decisions made by the appropriate court or parties.

6. Participant Responsibility and Urgent Matters

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions, including responding to court papers and meeting applicable deadlines.

If you have received a dispossessory summons, are facing an active eviction proceeding, or have an urgent housing concern, seek assistance promptly from a licensed Georgia attorney, a qualified legal aid organization, or the appropriate court self-help resource. Do not delay action while waiting for a class, appointment, referral, or response from the Tenant Resource Assistant.
